Qualifications
Excellent customer service & communication skills
One year of experience in a management position (REQUIRED)
One year of landscaping experience and/or pool maintenance
Valid Driver's License
High school diploma/GED (or current student status)
Proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers
Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
ENGLISH IS A REQUIREMENT / BILINGUAL IS A PLUS.

Able to operate a smart phone, send and receive emails, take digital photos

Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic

Responsibilities
Skim & Clean Swimming Pools: brush & vacuum swimming pool according to established procedures; scrub pool tiles. Check & perform preventive maintenance on pumps, chlorinators, heating and filtration equipment to maintain operative condition. Other responsibilities include mixing chemicals, testing the water, & maintaining the appropriate balance of chlorine & pH in the water
Trim & Cut Properties : perform maintenance on the lawn and grounds of a client's home. This will involve maintaining landscaping, hedging, using a trimmer & edger on lawns, caring for flowerbeds, managing turf, using a lawn mower on flat or sloped areas
Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, vacuuming, and chemical balancing.
Diagnose and address pool equipment issues to ensure proper functionality.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Execute regular inspection of pool areas to identify potential issues or hazards
Maintain accurate records of service visits and pool conditions
Repair of pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, and galvanized plumbing
Strong knowledge of pool maintenance practices and chemicals
Lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, trimming, fertilization, weed control, planting of trees and shrubs, flower installation, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks.
Landscape repairs, restoration, and remediation.
Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edge, mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, and tillers.
Assists with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team Leader
Performs landscape enhancement activities such as mulch application, plantings, topsoil application, irrigation repair, lighting etc
This position reports to a Project Manager
Able to respond properly to the client and follow up to make sure their needs have been completed to their satisfaction.
Keeps the Project Manager aware of all client concerns and communication on all job sites.
Prepares and secures all materials, tools and equipment first thing in the morning for that day’s schedule.
Ensures that all crew members (if applicable) report to work on time and follow all company rules and procedures.
Able to cross train crew members in the performance of Crew Leader’s role for future growth.
Follows company procedures on discipline if any safety rules are broken.
Maintains clean, neat, and professional image of service vehicle & trailer.
Is accountable for neglect and abuse of assigned equipment.
Can organize and implement work schedule.
