    POOL MAINTENANCE

    Water Testing:

    Test and adjust the chemical levels

    Record test results and any adjustments made during scheduled visits

    Chemical Addition:

    Add necessary chemicals to balance your pool water.

    Weekly chemistry intake will be updated on monthly invoice summary

    Check & Balance of All Chemicals:

    Total chlorine, bromine, free chlorine, salt levels, pH, calcium, alkalinity & cyanuric acid

    We ensure all safety equipment such as pool covers & pool barriers are in operating condition.

    Equipment Operation:

    Ensure that all automated systems, such as cleaners and timers, are functioning properly.

    LAWN MAINTENACE

    Pre-Work Inspection:

    Lawn Mowing:

    Mow the lawn to the preferred height, following the industry standards.

    Adjust mower settings based on grass type & conditions.

    Trimming:

    Trim grass around obstacles such as trees, posts, curbing, swales, & fences.

    Carefully trim around trees, shrubs, and plants to avoid damaging them.

    Flower Beds

    Weed trimming to remove weeds from the flower bed.

    Edge along flower beds, walkways, and driveways to create crisp, defined borders.

    Edging
